These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sarahah Plus's website and mobile applications (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Sarahah Plus. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will terminate that account without notice.
Sarahah Plus lets you receive anonymous messages and feedback from others, and to send messages to other users. We also offer an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including limited hints about the sender of an anonymous message (see Section 7).
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate another person or entity, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
When using Sarahah Plus, you agree that you will not:
We use a combination of automated filtering and manual review, including reports submitted through our Support contact form, to keep Sarahah Plus safe. Depending on the violation, we may take one of the following actions:
We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or exploits minors and will act immediately whenever we become aware of it, whether through automated detection or a user report.
If you receive content that violates these Terms, or believe another account is violating them, please contact us through our Support page or by emailing noreply@sarahah.plus. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
Sarahah Plus offers an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features, including the ability to see limited hints about who may have sent you an anonymous message (such as general device type, approximate country, and how many messages they have previously sent you). This feature never reveals another user's account, name, username, or email address, and is disabled entirely when the sender is themselves a subscriber or used the Services without an account.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the price shown at the time of purchase, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings — cancelling through Sarahah Plus itself is not possible, since billing is fully handled by the app store. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the app store you purchased through.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Sarahah Plus a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services to you and other users.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app; this permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or put other users at risk.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of harmful content submitted by other users, although we work to moderate and remove such content when we become aware of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sarahah Plus and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services, including any content sent to you by other users.
Sarahah Plus is available to users around the world, and these Terms are intended to apply globally. Rather than pursuing disputes through courts or legal proceedings, our approach to enforcing these Terms is direct action against the account involved — through correction warnings or permanent suspension, as described in Section 5. By using the Services, you agree that this enforcement process is our primary means of addressing violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
